Tyrone made out with Steve's Crush, Tisha, at the Football game.

Here is a deep thought. 


There is a piece of God in you.

Why else would it be that meditation mends maladies and soothes the soul. 

It requires bravery too, and if you confront fear you will see that
you empower your demons

In mythic and mystic teachings, demons feed on fear. 

Don't give them power when you have given them so much already...


People who do not meditate are weaker.


Daydreams and responsibility battle for your commitment.

You are a rapper and thoughts are your groupies.

But these groupies want to have your baby for child support.

They want to wring you dry and don't really love you.

You have now spent many years battling baby mamas and so you feel deplete. 


In meditation, we just let those thoughts float away. 

These babies aren’t real, so let them starve.

Don't you value your attention? 

Here and now is where power is. 

We are constantly playing chess and have to look at the board to win!


The amount of energy and power available in the present moment is unfathomable.

Dedicated humans have annihilated entire cities with a single invention.

We terraform, we fly, and wield magic that civilians call superstition. 

You have access to that power too!

And it begins with the alignment of the aspects of your being: Body, Mind, and Soul.
